Pretty in Pink!
27 May 2008Fourteen cities in Australia recently took part in the National Breast Cancer Foundation’s ‘Pink’ illumination, the charity was was hoping to match the $1 million dollars raised from the project in 2007.
Icon buildings across the country were illuminated pink to help raise awareness for breast cancer research. Universities across the nation were also coloured pink to highlight the funding available in each state for cancer research from the charity.
The colour chosen to light all the buildings was LEE 128 Bright Pink, all the lighting filter was supplied in conjunction with Mediavision, one of LEE Filters dealers in Australia.
